For Health and Safety reasons we do not have a returns policy. All purchases made are final. If there is any defect in your order, contact at gbcskincareuk@gmail.com or chat with our Live agent on WhatsApp through the link on the website. For any defect in your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order, otherwise we would assume the order is well intact. Any approved return must be done within 72 hours of receipt.

Orders returned after their time frame will be void and returned to shipping address on the order. Products must be in their original condition when received. Cosmetics are not meant to be touched to avoid contamination.

 

Shipping Returns

Where return is approved, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, admin charges may be deductible from your order as well.

 

International Orders

Where products are returned due to customs rejecting them, a refund on product prices will be refunded subject to admin charges. shipping costs are non-refundable.
